What to Do if Your Honda Model's TPMS Light Is On?

Low tire pressure can impact everything from the tread on your tires to the efficiency of your vehicle, and it's dangerous not to have the right tire pressure. If you see a warning or the TPMS light in your dash, you should:

• Stop your vehicle in a safe spot
• Check your tire pressure with a pressure gauge
• If low but not flat, find the nearest air pump, often located at gas stations. If flat, do not continue to drive on it
• Inflate your tires to the right pressure. If your model has Tire Fill Assist, leave the vehicle running as it provides warnings that you've reached the right pressure

What's the Right Tire Pressure for My Vehicle?

How much pressure your tires require depends on your model. You can check the manufacturer's recommended tire pressure for your vehicle on the driver's door jam, which should have an image highlighting recommended tire pressure and tire size. If possible, be sure to check your tire pressure when the tires are cold and haven't been driven recently as this provides the most accurate reading.
